Aufgaben:
On behalf of our customer we're looking for an experienced multi-project program manager IT Operations. In this role your tasks will be:
-Responsible for the entire planning of the resources and projects within IT Operations.
- Steer resource and project capacity based on self created methods and processes which fit to the company culture.
- Creation of overall Project plan with automated resource capacity table is required.
- Therefore the program manager needs to be a member of the project log meeting.
- The program manager should take over the project log meeting to him and extend this to a program meeting where the CAB and Project log topics should be migrated together.
- The program manager needs to communicate in the right way to the management and provide over all status reports for IT Operations program management.
- Therefore he needs to detect on a day to day basis the huge amount of doubled or three times overbooking for nearly every existing employee and work out possible solutions to reduce the overbooking from the employees.
Anforderungen:
must-have:
- Project leading experience with more than 5 years advantageous in leading IT projects.
- Experience with projects between 2000 and 10.000 MD effort
- Experience with project steering methods like prince 2 and others
- Technical experience in at least one technology like weblogic, database application, storage systems or networks therefore possible experience within IT application operations more than 3 years.
- Highly organized and very good multitasked
- Take charge and know how to lead
- Effective communicator and moderator
- Know how about negotiation processes
- Professional MS Project planning skills based on multi projects with resource planning and sharing
- ITIL Foundation (advantageous)
- Absolute analytic approach in operational issues
- Office Tools (MS Project, Power Point and Excel)
- Strong documentation skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to work in a team
- strong English skills
