We are seeking a Insulation Specialist (m/f) for our client.Areas of Responsibility:
- Management of complex sites in the scope of insulation
- Coordination of prefabrication
- The control of the sub-suppliers during detail engineering
- Management and coordination of the required processes between planning, execution and customer
- Construction of assembly process plans and assembly calculations
- Responsible for budget, quality and in due course execution and keeping the underlying Norms
- Checking and pushing through the quality plan according to the specifications of our client
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental protection regulations (HSE) within area of responsibility
- Cooperation on the continuous improvements in the internal and external workflows going beyond the project. Take-over of special tasks!
Qualifications:
- University or college degree in a technical subject (mechanical engineering), or technician
- Experience in international Plant construction or at the power plant technology
- Experience in project execution of pipelines at power plants or chemical plants
- Work experience at piping and welding
- Knowledge at piping regulation and TRFL-technical rules
- Sound Knowledge in welding technique
- Ability to work independently as part of an interdisciplinary, results-focused team
- Good analytical skills, as well as planning and organizational ability
- Assertiveness and ability to work in a team
- Negotiating skills and confidence in speaking or presenting
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to lead an international / intercultural team
- Experience in dealing with clients and suppliers
- Willingness to go on extended deployments to construction sites worldwide
- Good English (spoken and written), Spanisch nice to have
- Additional languages would be an advantage
- Fully conversant with MS Office, including MS Project
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
