Business Analyst/Project Manager with a good technical background and understanding of Client Server technology is required for world class company based in Cologne.
Requirements:
- A graduate with a min 5 years experience as a BA/PM working on large, complex projects. gained ideally within financial services or consulting
- Strong analytical, problem solving and influencing skills
- Good understanding of industry toolsets and techniques.
- Fluent in English and German
Responsibilities:
- To analyse business processes/requirements using appropriate methodologies and techniques, getting to the root cause and defining appropriate solutions.
- To tackle assignments involving increasing complexity and ambiguity;
- Work closely with project and development teams along with business stakeholders;
- Facilitate workshops, and lead small teams of Business Analysts.
- Plan, communicate and implement changes.
