Work Package "Software Speciality" Description Sheet (Windows Server) WP Objectives Deploy Windows servers in a short delay and in a standard way Stakeholder in the virtualization of the Windows infrastructure Activities
Service Transition
new hardware integration in current infrastructure
report, propose and achieve infrastructure upgrades within Capacity Planning
preparation and coordination of changes
organization and follow-up of the acceptances with the concerned people
delivery of documentation of use and for operations
Service Operations
resolution of the escalated incidents in the domain of activity
contribute to problem management
highlight the events that must propagated to monitoring central console
deploy standardized Windows servers
contribute to backup policies set-up and implementation
perform audits and analyze in which extension a server can be virtualized
