Customer Quality Resident Engineering for German customers, representing the company regarding the quality of on-going products relating to Electronics, Infotainment and Powertrain. Reporting to the responsible Quality Manager German Customers situated in Bologna, Italy. Providing daily support to the customer in order to review requirements and to ensure that they are met responsible for outstanding quality features perform primary analysis of components rejected by the customer responsible for containment actions, sorting and reworking tasks defined on site providing clear and concise date entry of all customer concerns in our incident tracking database adherence to call escalation procedures and proper issue documentation and customer data submission investigate complaints, identify and report existing or potential deviationsFluency in German and English (verbal and written); Italian or Slovakian (or interest in learning it) preferred Competence in Microsoft Office applications willingness to travel -also at short notice- within USA, Mexico, Europe Ability to work in an international global matrix environment Driving Licence B 8D-Report, APQP, Berufserfahrung, Englisch, FMEA, MS Office, PPAP (0), Testing
