Rule set development for the Data Leakage Prevention systems, including the configuration, workflows, rule sets, reporting.Act as a 3rd level responder to investigations of possible DLP issues (Detect security issues, create customer tickets and manage problems until closure); Coordinate escalations and collaborate with internal IT teams and Vendor to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Monitor remediation efforts to determine areas for improvement, report metrics to key stakeholders on a regular basis manage any change requests related to the program business processes and act as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams.
Consulting of business units for deployment and rollout of the DLP solution (project management) Organization and coordination of the DLP training courses
