For our client we are searching for an experienced Collaboration tools Support & Rollout Administrator (m/f)Project Description: Adminstrative support, end-user support for rollout, end user support during operations, PMS-C/J plugin development coordination India resources

Location: Remote or onsite
Tasks:
to support end users during rollout and subsequent productive use,
to perform adminstrative and operational tasks on the collaboration tooling SW,
to coordinate Atlassian SW plugin developments in India together with PMS team in WDF,
to create and maintian content and tickets in the solutions pertaining to his/her own work as well as collaborate in the various teams and work with their tickets and deliverables,
creation and maintanance of user guides and procedure/process documentation
Language: English (fluent)
Know-How:
Experienced Atlassian tools user (3+ yrs), Experience with programming (language not important)
Must understand Atlassian Confluence, Jira and Crowd and be able to perform administrative and operational tasks to support the SW
Must pickup new knowledge easily
Must know how to work with Atlassian tool end users
Must understand development processes
Additional:
Atlassian Tools and Plugins, MS Office Products, Excellent writing skills, Understanding of Adminstrative and Operational support processes
