Tasks:
- Training of the key user in our locations
- Determine the root cause of any CMDB discrepancies, quality of CMDB configuration items (CI''s)
- Creating new reports and views
- Support in setting up operation team for Service Center B
- Create or update CMDB design structure & data model - Load CI data into CMDB
- Create configuration baseline
- Create, assess and produce reports
