Our customer is a global player within the pharmaceutical industry.Implement the SAP based global standard tool for QA /QC processes covering:
- Inspection planning and execution incl. sample management, release processes and certification, stability management, master data and documentation, reporting
- Implement the Company's standard reporting tool for GxP-compliant reporting (e.g. PQR, environmental monitoring, stability reporting, material and capacity analysis).
- Develop and implement a global solution for Environmental Monitoring
- Optimize and simplify existing processes
PMO activities include:
- PoC
- Cut over Planning / Data Migration of inspection plans (Prüfpläne)
- Planning and execution of System introduction / Go Live
- Planning preparation and execution for end-user trainings
- Excess planning and execution of Data migration
- Planning and coordination adjustment of GxP-relevant documents (e.g. SOP)
- Communication to top management level and affected departments
