PM Services for an encouragement of Project and/or Program manager

Merge of the SAP applications of about Companies in Europe into company codes of already existing companies.
Except of 1 company the merge will be from the global SAP system into the global SAP system. The project manager, supported by internal functions, is responsible for the
management of midsize or large projects or sub-projects and may contain the following:

- definition of project aims together with an internal project manager and the customer
- planning and operative steering of project resp. sub-project during all project phases
according to current standards
- responsible for the project success with respect to his responsibilities
- meeting the functional results according confirmed project tasks within the timeline given
- in-time initiation and follow-up of necessary changes
- design of a suitable project internal controlling
- regular reporting and informative status reports
- design, development and realization of communication plans to the project
- managing of project teams
- the aforementioned responsibilities are valid for the defined area of responsibility

Skill:
- Experience in chemical industry (please specify where) - MUST
- SAP know how (please specify modules and roles) – MUST

- certified in project management (PMI preferred)
- at least 3 years’ relevant project experience (functional project tasks and support
of project management roles or equiv.)
- at least 3 years’ in a functional leading role i.e. as project manager
- project experience with customers outside and inside the group and/or
in international environment
- profound know how in project management processes and methods
- excellent communication skill
Technical Background:
- Good experience in managing of various phases of projects at global level in multi-cultural environment
- Ability to work out detailed project plan, coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders on pro-active basis
- Conduct project meetings and preparation of reports
- Good knowledge of project management BPMF
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management as project manager
- Outstanding knowledge of project management processes, methods and tools
- Outstanding experience as project manager of large SAP projects
- Good knowledge of the BASF organizational and IT-technical environment
- experienced in MS Project Server (BPMF)
- Analytical Thinking
- Good Team Player
