Global Market Development Operations Support

Job desciption (Scope Of Work - Deliverables or Scope Services)
Work directly with the Global Market Development Funds (MDF) Manager to ensure effective administration of the Global Funds Management Processes.
Focused on delivering the highest Partner Funds Management utilization rate based by working with the regions
Supporting on the Funds Management Program including Business system testing, creating business blueprints, new processes, communications and trainings.
Liaison between regional team and global MDF program management teams
General operations support and enablement for MDF system and MDF process related inquiries
Liaise with IT in issue resolution
Define MDF rules for the program, work with Global and regional Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations
Document MDF program and processes as needed (including blueprinting of MDF system for IT, finance and operations teams)
Drive partner utilization by using expiration reports and coordinating awareness/incentive programs
Communications management; i.e. creation and distribution of reports and promotional activities

Additional required skills
Degree in Business/Marketing with at least 5 yrs of experience
Advanced level in Market Development Funds management and administration
Advanced level in systems management and administration
Experience in Partner Marketing Programs development and coordination
Understanding of indirect sales and channel marketing strategy, as well as volume business
Ability to liaise and make things happen with multiple groups of stakeholders, securing Global standards and ensuring that best practices are followed and leveraged
Strong Planning, Organizing and Coordinating abilities demonstrating a keen understanding of partner needs to build regional large-scale programs, campaigns and MDF initiatives
Ability to investigate and resolve complex issues involving multiple processes, teams and systems
Proven experience in program management roles with various sales, operations and marketing groups
Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary diverse teams
Experience in delivering trainings (in person or virtually) to multi-disciplinary diverse teams
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
Outstanding Oral and Written communication skills.
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Able to create an efficient productive work environment providing coaching, expertise and best practices recommendations
Strong analytical skills
Would be good to have some finance background

Note that the position is not related to a design or implementation project, rather ongoing process and system support with focus on deployment activities, communication as well as follow up of issues and process/system gaps that often relate to financial data!
