Lead Documentum Consultant; responsible for support, administration and maintenance of 5 X 8. As a Lead you will be working closely providing customer governance for continuous improvements.
You will take an active part in patch management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Fulfillment, System Monitoring and System Administration.
You must have significant amounts of experience in:
- - Safekeeping of the service achievement in the exceptional case (K-case)
- - Recovery of an environment
- - Counting of the licenses
- - Patch
- - Shift of installation with all components of server old/again
- - Uninstalling mentioned above of components/products/applications
- - Supply of the information about the configuration of the claimant SW-infrastructure
- - Monitoring log file
- - Per active monitoring of the file systems/databases
- - Safekeeping of the enterprise of the specified products in test/integration and Production Environments
- - Safekeeping of the enterprise of the specified products
- - Parameters change
- - STORAGE management
- - DATA base management
- - User management
- - Archiving of Logs
- - Supply at attached plant departments
- - The LOP is kept current. The open points at the agreed upon times processed.
- - Administers the Documentum components/configuration
- Cloning of Repositories
