Acting as the major interface with the customer for all QA related topics Takes ownership of RMA process from initiation through resolution (8D) Investigation and verification of QA related topics at the customer location Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations. Interact with Aptina QA department and coordinates implementation of corrective actions based on RMA findingsSkills/Qualifications:
Master or bachelor degree in electrical engineering Several years of working experience within a quality function, ideally related to automotive Familiar with automotive quality processes Familiar with semiconductor production, testing and qualification processes
