We are looking for our client a SAP IS Consultant for E2E Service Analysis and Sourcing Recommendations (m/f):Planned start date: 2013/04/22
Planned end date: 2013/08/31
Budget: 85 days (40 hrs/week)
Location: Area of Mannheim
Project description:
The project consultant should be able to provide support in the following areas:
* Produce detailed documentation supporting the service descriptions based on information provided by Delivery Unit Service Owners
* Provide methodology guidance to the project team throughout the effort
* Build document templates and assist in populating the templates as information is gathered
* Assist with the preparation of recommendation presentation
Tasks:
* Gather Application Services-Infrastructure Services Service description
* Prepare outside In view of Service
* Agree on Service Scope which should be considered
* Analyze GAP to existing service
* Create PPT with Gap Analysis
* Define possible Measurements to close the gap
* Final presentation for Service
Skills:
* Strong knowledge of the Forrester sourcing methodology
* Knowledge of Infrastructure services and service components
* Proficiency with common office products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Good communication skills in both English and German
