For one of our clients in Berlin we are looking for a Project Manager (f/m) based in Berlin.
Tasks:
Project management
Creation / follow up of detailed project plan
Alignment with external providers
Tracking of effort and cost of internal and external project personnel
Preparation and hosting of steering committees
Ongoing alignment with business project manager
Steering of team of internal and external team members
Creation of BT - IS project documentation
Risk management: ongoing identification of risks and execution of mitigation and corrective actions
Ongoing management of dependencies to other projects, especially data center move program
Change management
Planning and execution of change management activities with support of internal change management personnel
Ongoing relationship management with business personnel
Required Skills:
At least 5 years of relevant experience as responsible project manager
Work planning and tracking
Risk management: identification of risks, development of mitigation and corrective actions
Communication management, e.g. preparations of status reports, steering committees, ongoing
Experience with leadership of diverse, internationally, geographically dispersed teams
Professional and senior experience, experience in board-level discussion
Experience with politically difficult projects
Ability to work in diverse, and partly remote teams
Stress resistant
English language skills
Additional preferred skills
Experience in supply chain management
SAP, especially logistics, quality, and procurement
PMI certification
Additional language skills: German, French
