Tätigkeit:
For following duties we are searching for a Technical Consultant (m/f):
- Administration of incidents and error analysis during deployment
- Response to service requests (SRT)
- Update on software packages (change requests) in production, preprod, test und xone )
- 7x24h call out every 6-8 weeks
- Implementation and adaption of monitoring solutions
- Analysis of alarm messages and optimisation during deployment
- Maintenance during deployment phase
- Creation of service reports
- Implementation of required scripts for monitoring, statistics, automation
- Cooperation with developer entities for error analysis
- Reproduction of errors
- Error analysis
- Implementation of service probing for KPI measurement
Required Experience/Knowledge:
- Experience in JBOSS Application Server and Unix environment
- Experience in Oracle data base
