Tasks: definition of KM and Information processes in the area of Cloud Computing; data modeling for complex cloud environments; working with colleagues to identify new requirements for our continuously growing knowledge base application; implementing requirements in an agile way (frequent small increments) on all application tiers; handing over new functionality to enable effective and efficient use of the application; supporting user requests and fixing incidents in the applications; project documentation; preparation of material for project stakeholders; creation / maintenance of manuals and user guides;

Know-How:
[Senior] Knowledge Manager min. 8 years experience
Information Management and Processes; Knowledge Management and Processes; Semantic Web Technology; Configuration Management / CMDB; must be mastering SPARQL and SQL;
must understand HTML and Wiki; must be able to manage requirements and track progress; must enjoy working with users and customers; must be fluent in English;
should have experience with Cloud Computing and Virtualization Technology, should embrace best practices in software engineering, service management and agile methods; should have a strong background in computer science, mathematics, linguistics, philosophy or combinations thereof;
