Currently, our client, who is a Market Leading Operator in the renewable energy sector, is looking for an experienced Procurement and Commercial Support Professional to support on site at their office in Hamburg, Germany.Job description
- Support the procurement and commercial teams for the Offshore Wind Farm - project during the day-to-day business and become part of the team.
- Conduct commercial contract negotiations of smaller procurement work packages
- Support mayor contract negotiations as part of the team
- Handle all sorts of documentation of contracts/documents (electronically and paper version)
- Execute of SAP-work (creating new vendors, creating purchase orders tc).
- Support of preparing tender documents and tender evaluation.
- Organise meetings, take care of follow up actions, documentation of tendering process
- Use of web based document management system
- Compile & review commercial reports
- Support the risk management process
Professional Experience
- Minimum 5 years work experience, ideally more
- Completed education/studies; preferably commercial or technical background
- Skills: MS Office, SAP (not as a premise)
- Soft skills: Communicative, team-minded, adaptive and resilient.
Languages
- German (fluent preferred)
- Very fluent in English (in written form and verbal)
