For our customer, a multinational R&D company, we are currently searching for a Project Manager (m/f) for a hardware, chip design project in Munich
Project Start: ASAP
Project duration: 1 year plus
Location: Munich
Task Description:
- System project management tasks for modem platform development projects
- Improvement projects for R&D project KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) and processes
- Leading cross-functional project teams, coaching component leads and functional project managers in preparation of work package
- Planning of project schedule, budget and resource needs in synchronization with component leads, functional project managers and functional head schedules and managing for on-time deliveries
- Tracking and reporting of project status
- Address legal requirements and audits if needed
- Support in customer interaction if needed
Required Skills:
- Experience in managing R&D projects essential (eg semiconductors, telecommunications, or automotive)
- Extended hardware knowledge
- Experience in telecommunications projects (RF/Analog/Chip desing)
- Previous experience in multinational project environments
- Experience with development of smartphones beneficial
- Fluent English, German advantageous but not a must
