Back Office Engineer (Radio, Core, Transmission) - GERBack Office Engineer – We looking for a number of Back Office Engineer in Radio, Core and Transmission for our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company in Germany on a contract basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•2nd Level service problem restoration of GSM/UMTS/LTE Radio/Core/Transmission network faults; prioritize faults and meet WLAs/SLAs, Handling Trouble Tickets & CSRs.
•2nd Level resource configurations & changes into GSM/UMTS/LTE Radio/Core/Transmission network within the scope of work, Handling CRs.
•Handling Emergency situations in GSM/UMTS/LTE Radio/Core/Transmission Network.
•Configuration, upgrading, Hardware and Software Configurations Updated.
•Performing Acceptance Testing of the new Network Elements.
•Participating in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible.
•Contributing in the creation and improvements to procedures and routines within the department / group.
•Execution of Network Changes.
•Ensuring correct working methodology.
•Adherence to customer agreed KPIs.
•Finding root cause analysis of potential and traffic outage related problems.
•Rerouting the traffic during outage time (Traffic transmission).
•Managing to keep low MTTR & preparing the report for analysis with help of OSS.
•Managing to keep track of hardware's & software's related changes in the network.
Qualifications
•Degree within Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering/Computer
Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent professional education
•Minimum 5 years of experience in Operation & Maintenance implementation / integration / operation / support or service environment
•Experience with E-Plus GSM/UMTS/LTE Radio/Core/Transmission network
•Deep knowledge and experience in Transmission optimization procedures and projects
•Deep experience in implementation/integration of Capacity Network expansions into existing networks
•Good knowledge of the network topology, its traffic handling capabilities and traffic characteristics.
•Familiar with performance tools such as SOA (Ericsson/Marconi), TNMS (Siemens)…etc
•Familiar with performance tools such as OVIS/OVO (HP), NPR/Metrica, Netview, Nokia NETACT, Performance OMC, Radio Commander, TNMS Events, RANOS,…etc?Fluent English and German skill is a plus
