Understand business needs, create and implement solutions in SharePoint:
Customize SharePoint 2010 enivornment
Design SharePoint solutions, site taxonomy, UX, and record storage
Implement document and record center repositories
Integrate designs and workflows with third-party SharePoint solutions such as Nintex 2010
Manage access rights
Superior attention to detail, problem-solving and organizational skills
Good understanding of SharePoint and the different out of the box web parts and their functionality
