One of our well established client is urgently in need of Technical Support
Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Contract: 6 months
Job Responsibilities:
Experienced fluent German consultant (Spoken, Reading and Writing) with following relevant experience:
Technical Support of Intel based Servers and Non Intel based Servers
Knowledge of IP telephony (VoIP)
Good Exposure to Network (LAN, Switches, Routers)
Hands on technical support of OFFICE support (office suite, PC/Laptop install and config.)
Active Directory
Windows support experience
Support organization
Should be willing to work in shifts (no night shift after 10 pm) and the resource should be fluent in German and English (Written and verbal)
Additional Information:
Need to have clean driving licence and pocess his life insurance
Travel of 2-3 days average per week (In Germany)
Travel allowances offered with a Cap:
Daily Food allowance - Max 60 Euros or Actuals whichever is less (per day for Breakfast,Lunch & Dinner)
Hotel/Over-night stay - Max 100 Euros or Actuals whichever is less
Fuelage: 50 pence per km when consultant uses his car
Car will be provided by Client - most likely rental
Car insurance - Client
Personal insurance will not be provided by Client - this needs to be provided mainly by consultant himself
Consultant with paid for the Travel time over and above the normal daily rates proportionately if it exceeds 40 hours per week/daily 8 hours
