Tasks Description:
• Organization and maintenance of the Project Management Controlling System
• Creation of the Project Status Reports
• Assistance of the Program Managers and the Project Leads
• Reduction of the administrative tasks for the whole Project Team
• Definition and enforcement of the Project Management Standards and procedure
• Scheduling and preparing of the Meetings and Reviews
• Definition of a quality management plan
• Integration of the quality management plan
• Analysis and structuring of potential quality management areas
• Selection of appropriate methodology
• Definition of Key Performance Indicators
• Communication of quality management methods
• Monitoring and execution of operational quality management activities
• Documentation of quality management processes and completed activities
• Clear and consistent communication
• Ensuring cost effectiveness of quality management
Skills:
• Knowledge of Project Strategy and Project Tracking
• Project Controlling and Project Reporting
• Distinctive organizational and commutative skills
• Ability to handle tools technically
• Fluent in English and German
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Project Management experience
• Trained and educated Quality Manager
• Experience with quality management tools and techniques
• Experience in IT Sector
