For one of our clients we are currently looking for an Organizational Change Manager (f/m) based in Berlin.

Background:

  • People related change management for a part-time assignment on two Infrastructure projects in the area of workplace / office IT

  • 70 percent on Lotus Notes Upgrade & Deployment, 30 percent on Hard Disk Encryption & Deployment

  • The workload split may vary based on the project maturity

  • The change manager is a project team member, supporting the project manager with the following responsibilities

Lotus Notes Upgrade & Deployment

  • Multiple stream project consisting of Lotus Notes client and Template Upgrade to 8.5.3, upgrade and re-platform of the Sametime service, implementation of Pass-thru server to allow remote access to email services without the need of a VPN client and investigation and implementation of Lotus Notes Traveller for mobile devices

  • This project will deal with all users around the globe, in multiple sites, approx. 23K users

  • Stakeholder management across the customers business (IS internally: project team, program leadership, Group Change Management, external suppliers, end users, business relationship managers and site managers across different sites)

  • Change impact analysis (different set of solutions for upgrades per user group, impacts/benefits)

  • End user communication (during user acceptance test and rollout)

  • Training material (FAQ, step by step user guide, quick reference guide)

  • Governance (initiate translations and works council involvement where applicable, document lessons learned)

HDD Encryption & Deployment:

  • 230 Secure Sharepoint and 454 Executive users need PointSec installation on their laptops

  • These users are based around the globe and in some cases not in sites where we have full IS support.

  • Stakeholder management across Bombardier Transportation (IS internally: project team, program leadership, Group Change Management; external suppliers; end users, business relationship managers and site managers across different sites)

  • Change impact analysis (different set of solutions for upgrades per user group, impacts/benefits)

  • End user communication (during user acceptance test and rollout)

  • Training material (FAQ, step by step user guide/instructions)

  • Governance (initiate translations and works council involvement where applicable, document lessons learned)

Skills:

  • International experience of at least 5 years, intercultural competence

  • Proven track in change management expertise such as change management practices/tools, stakeholder management, training strategy, communication, organizational impact analysis

  • Basic understanding of technical/IT environment

  • Ability to deal with broad audience from executives to project management and business users

  • Ability to operate in a global, matrix environment

  • Positive and can-do attitude

  • High customer service orientation

  • High communication and presentation skills

  • Business level English

  • Experience in manufacturing environment

  • German is a plus
