Currently I am searching for one candidate who is able to cover the following position:Basic Parameters:
Fulltime 40h/Week
Option to extend
Tasks:
4 dedicated MetaDirectory servers in a DMZ environment
OS is SLES 11 on the application layer the following components from Novell are installed
Novell Identity Manager 3.6.1 and Novell eContacts
Two out of the four dedicated MetaDirectory servers are part of the test environment/ domain (xeuxGDS) and the other two dedicated MetaDirectory servers are part of the prod environment/ domain (euGDS)
Every pair of servers is clustered on System Level (novell level) not on OS level
Also every pair is syncronizing via e-dir-syc to corresponding Active Directory Environments the test MetaDir to the test Active Directory in the xeuxGDS domain and the prod MetaDir to the prod Active Directory in the euGDS domain
Must-Have Skills:
Basis OS Support for the SLES11 can be supported from the Hungary IDC
Also a common understanding of running services in a clustered environment
Basic knowledge of Active directory services and deep knowledge about Novell directory services and the synchronization between both systems
Also a good knowledge about running services in a domain
Minor knowledge about how to implement scripts and adapt script, deep knowledge about scripting will be provided via external provider Kenoxa
Following tasks needs to be performed and mastered from the administrator: Install Novell Identity Manager 3.6.1 and eContacts on SLES11 based servers
Implement on Novell basis a clustering and ensure synchronization between Active directory environment and Novell directory via e-dir sync
Ability to upgrade systems by oneself and also perform any kind of troubleshooting in Tier/Level 1(T1/L1) and Tier/Level 2(T2/L2) support
Also the ability to identify by oneself when to inform the Tier/Level 3(T3/L3) support - Kenoxa
Also English skills are very important to get into discussion with the customer about requirements and configurations
