My client is a market leading Mobile Telecommunications Vendor, They are searching for a Operations Architect and Transformation process manager. The candidate must have experience with ITIL or ETOM methodologies
The responsibilities for this position are to design process documentation and implementation of the Managed Service. To Deliver processes using ITIL and ETOM tools, metrics (SLA) and infrastructure aspects based on industry standards (eTOM, ITIL)
(CEM) solutions into existing OSS environment and Mobile Telecoms NOC Environments.
Implementation and transformation of a managed service project.
Must have good Project Management Skills.
Speak Strong English/German/Dutch
