Beschreibung
- Candidate should be proficient in evaluation, reassignment, andsolution-finding of end-user problems in the areas of Personnel
Administration and Organizational Management, which are implemented
on a SAP-HR system (ECC 6.0).
- General knowledge of all SAP HR HCM modules is highly recommended.
- The position is located in an international team and provides global
operation of the according SAP HCM components.
Anforderung:
Basic Qualification
- High analytical capabilities
- Good teamwork
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
Required Qualifications:
- High knowledge within SAP-HR PA and OM
- Broad experience with all HCM components including customizing, transactions and reports
- Good Understanding of HR Actions
- Experienced with ABAP programming and debugging
Add On Qualifications:
- Experience with Incident Management and application support
- Knowledge of ITIL (Best Practices)
- SAP-HR process knowledge (Payroll, Time Management, Authorization)
- Understanding of SAP Notes and Releases
