- 45% Conception, requirement management, modelling and definition
- 45% Documentation and presentation
- 5% Testing

• Proficient writer of requirements specifications and documentation
• Highly developed communication skills
• High capabilities to understand complex processes incl. structured preparation and documentation

• High capabilities for transformation of knowledge based on training, documentation and presentation
Overall Purpose
• As the interface between Product Management and Development, Product Definition’s responsibility is to describe required functionality processes in detail.
• Create concepts and process for global and/or local order billing process, evaluation of internal existing processes requirements and new change proposals, Quality management.
• Requirements capture workshops
• Project consultancy with regards to requirement management.
Special Knowledge
• UML
• Iterative Process models (e.g. RUP)
• Modelling tools (e.g. Rational Rose, MindMap, Visio)
Main Accountabilities and Activities
• Responsible for the requirements methodology approach for an entire project
• Developing, updating templates and models used for requirements specification of complex software systems
• Analysis and definition of new order billing process and its usage within the organization and sub-systems (SAP, LSS, SiteManager)
• Creation of change proposals and change requests
• Creation of SoR (Statement of Requirements) documents
• Support of development department for definition and specification of change requests
• Acceptance testing
• Support by answering questions
• Documentation
• Training/coaching of internal staff Requirements
