Key Responsibilities:• Supporting the business analysis for an Electronic Lab Notebook rollout in Biology
• Partner with scientific end-users and current ELN team members to help analyze scientific needs and support the application (e.g. end user support, application testing, managing user settings on the application server)
• Identify & articulate use cases and stories; developing mockups and collecting/interpreting data
• Contribute to large-scale global deployment of a technical solution that directly affect a scientists Day-to-day job
Basic Qualifications:
• B.S. degree in Computer Science (preferred) ,Life Sciences or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in software development /software support of scientific applications in
Bio-Pharmaceutical industry / laboratory environments
• Ability to communicate effectively with scientific clients.
• High learning agility, innovation, and problem solving skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and German
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with IDBS E-WorkBook
• Experience in relational database fundamentals & software development life cycle.
