SAP HCM Developer - "SAP HCM", "HCM Developer", "Human Capital Management", PA, OM, PD, TM - Cologne, Germany - € per day.
Our global client requires a highly motivated SAP HCM Developer to create system design specifications and perform configuration to deliver SAP solutions. The successful candidate will identify and gather business requirements and to provide enhancements for the SAP System around the HCM Module.
Key Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years experience of configuration in HCM SAP Module including global implementations
- Experience of Implementation experience in configuring and customising Personnel Administration, Organisation Management, Personnel Development, Payroll Accounting and Time Management
- Ability to produce design specifications for configuration and ABAP development
- Ability to work closely with customers to identify SAP solutions to fit business processes.
- Excellent communication in English language; both written and spoken
Desirable Skills:
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
- SAP certification
- Multiple languages (+German) desirable
Other Information:
- Overseas travel will be required
- 6 months contract with the possibility of an extension
