Planning
Production cutbacks drawing in consultation with customer to clarify with the owner
Event coordination and planning meeting for BTB
Participation in BTB (with planning office, structural engineers, electricians)
Collection and documentation (including photos) of inventory defects
Ad inventory deficiencies with additional costs at customer display
Creation BTB protocol Racklayout, room layout, DC layout, lightning protection, power concept, each taking into account the occupational safety)
Control of red pencil drawing on feasibility (based on BTB protocol)
Commissioning planning office for preliminary design (EP), including load comparison
Obtain the release of the EP on customer
Expediting for the creation of detailed design (AP), including static/shop drawing/BOM
Redirecting to test the veracity of service report (planner) released by Ericsson RPM/RPC
Execution condition ensuring (construction concerned customer, FNA)
Creating a site-specific document for the GU/ASP
Provides all necessary documents for the construction site to the GU/ASP (via SH)
Material call in Site Handler (SH)
Expediting the deliveries
Crane/boom lift rates in SH
Application of necessary Abschaltermine in project management tool, the customer (TTWOS)
Application integration at the customer (eg by TTWOS ticket or list based on BEP)
Review safety during construction (design by removing specialist)
Realization
Coordinating the event chain for the implementation (including a homeowner, contractor, ASP, authorities ..)
Demand of the signed delivery slips from GU/ASP
Control of disabilities/additional costs View the GU/ASP and any forwarding of disabilities/additional costs to Customer Display
Release of the site for the purchase on the spot (I///decrease specialist/GU/ASP)
Application Implementation period of decline specialist for scheduling of site visits

Review of site documentation of the JV/ASP
Review of performance records on the items ordered on the basis of documentation
Remedial instruction to (based on the agreed acceptance check list)
Defect Tracking to documented flawlessness
Forwarding of factually proven performance record (GU/ASP) released by Ericsson RPM/RPC
Examination and classification of the final location of documentation in accordance with specifications
Release of the site for the purchase on the spot (I///decrease engineer/contractor/ASP)
Commissioning of remedial (based on acceptance inspection or quality audit)
Defect Tracking to documented Mägelfreiheit
