On behalf of our Client we are searching Freelance Support for following tasks and responsibilities:Support initiation of projects
To ensure clarity on the project objectives and project feasibility
Align with all project stakeholders
Define and clarify the project content
Recommend a project team and project next steps.
Making the project plan
Create comprehensive project plans.
Identify project tasks, estimating work to be performed and assign work to project team members.
Identify and evaluate and communicate on project risks and dependencies
Negotiate with IT suppliers (internal & external)
Execution and follow-up
Organize, motivate and manage an international multidisciplinary project team
Negotiate with IT suppliers (internal & external)
Manage project risks and issues and take or recommend appropriate measures.
Proactively monitor the project budget / scope and timing
Regularly communicate project progress to all stakeholders
Carefully manage the balance between business customer satisfaction and project key success factors
Closing Projects
Handover the project from Central IT to business operations
Fachkenntnisse: tab
Education: Master or equal by experience
Min 5 - 10 year experience as a project manager
Knowlegde of project management methodologies
Knowlegde of managing software implementationand migration projects
Knowledge of planning software
Knowlegde of general office tools.
Excellent communication skills
