Develop a globally consistent strategy and associated processesAssociates are assured access to and training on their relevant applicable
and that learning is tested and the training documented in LMS.
1. Investigate current processes fully to discover what works/does not work, what is global/local, concurrently obtaining feedback from existing users
2. Formulate new working procedures that are relevant globally to ensure consistency across the Division
3. Document and train new working procedures to all staff involved, especially those in related process administration
Possible goals for New Processes:
1. Centralized management of the process – promotes consistency, potential resource reduction, minimized training of Administrators etc.
2. Localized management – risk of duplication of effort and divergence from processes
3. A combination of 1 and 2 above, depending on existing/chosen new process
