Develop Display Advertising strategy, including media buying, inventory planning and optimization and managing agency relationships
Responsibility for all based countries with focus on UK, DE, FR, IT
Allocate budget using forecast models such as diminished returns and attributions and optimize based on ROI
Set and deliver against performance targets and budgets by channel and country to ensure transparency of results across the business
Devise and implement core marketing material: banners, landing pages, micro sites etc. and optimize campaign performance through testing and analysis
Explore and test innovative opportunities within Display, e.g. re-targeting, ad networks, exchanges, DSP/RTB
Develop and execute strategies to leverage display in emerging channels, e.g. Social Media, Mobile
Collaborate with EMEA marketing teams, i.e. country marketing teams to include market specific content, Creative team for delivering assets and Analytics to understand campaign and channel efficiency
Work closely with global Centre of Excellence (CoE) to share best practices

Requirements (Must have):
Minimum 6 years Internet Marketing experience, specifically in Display Advertising or broader online marketing channels like Search, Affiliate and Email Marketing
Results driven and analytical approach
Strike balance between strategic thinking and hands on
Excellent track record of working with external vendors or internal partners, e.g. media and creative agencies
Experience with working in international and intercultural teams
Excellent English language skills, additional language skills an advantage, e.g. German, French
