TPF/VM Test System Support Engineer
Job description:
- Join a team of 10 people to provide best in class support of Client customer facing test systems.
- The TPF/VM Test System Support Engineer plays a key role in maintaining the availability and usability of the Global Core Test Systems running under IBM VM systems using the IBM TPF operating system.
- The engineer is responsible to perform incident, problem and change management activities on the systems in scope according to the Client established processes and within the established KPI targets.
List of main activities:
1. General maintenance of the environment by applying daily changes and loads.
2. Incident resolution within company recovery targets.
3. Problem follow up of TPF/VM related issues.
Required skills:
- 5+ year experience in working with IBM VM systems and IBM TPF operating system
- Good command of English both written and oral.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of the ITIL process is a benefit.
