Task Description:
* Developing and maintaining the business requirements for the CRM component of the
customers system
* To define the initial set-up, handle changes and support the project manager in
coordinating the distributed development teams in Europe, NA, and AP
Skills:
* Excellent knowledge in Business Analysis, i.e. gathering, analyzing, structuring, and documenting business and system requirements
* Project management skills
* Test process skills
* Experience in agile development processes
* Experience with managing international project and distributed teams
* Excellent knowledge of the English language
* Good knowledge of the German language
* Design test procedures and execute testing and document system tests and results
* Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, VISIO
