IT-Service Manager/in – FrankfurtManning Global Group sucht derzeit für einen ihrer Kunden einen IT-Service Manager/in auf freiberuflicher Basis im Umkreis von Frankfurt, Start ist umgehend.
Aufgaben:
• Service Management
o Incident, Problem and Change Management for Group IT Infrastructure services
o Managed service operations for global shared services
o Participate in decisions, authorizing changes to the services
o Close collaboration with local, regional and Group IT Management, business units and providers
o IT service continuity management
o Implementation of new services (documentation, coordination, communication)
o Manage global service management tool
• Provider Management
o Manage Service Level Agreements with providers, participate in external service review meetings, SLA reporting for the management of the global shared services
o Manage providers and merge synergies
o Identify key providers and manage them accordingly
o Drive continuous service improvement
• Promote Group IT Infrastructure services and policies
• Support local and regional IT Management regarding Group IT Infrastructure services and providers
o Conduct Service Management meetings
o Consult and support local and regional IT Management regarding service and provider selection
• Identify and spread best practice in IT community
Anforderungen:
• ITIL certification
• Project Management certification beneficial
• University degree (or similar) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
• More than 3 years experience in IT-Service Management
• Experience in the management of external partners and suppliers
• Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay calm during major incidents, escalations, etc.
• Ability to identify, eliminate or contain technical and business risks
• Ability to focus on key issues
• Pro-active and autonomous working
