General - AdministratorThe IT team coordinator fulfills an administrative role as he/she takes cares of the administrative aspect of the IT workstream.
Sets up and manages support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, and internal communication.
Supports standards, tools and procedures for use on the project, including Issue, Risk, Change and Information Management.
Reviews/monitors the project activities for compliance with procedures and standards.
Support Project Managers and Project Controller in the operational daily business
Interface between project management and any internal or external partners in day to day activities.
Maintain vendor and stakeholders relationships.
Support the project manager and team members in the coordination of project activities and in generation of documents
Helps in the schedule of the project-related trainings for the relevant audiences
Perform an on-boarding
Maintenance fo the team collaboration space (SharePoint)
Anticipate tasks, stay ”one-step ahead”, be a ‘business partner’
Perform on-boarding and off-boarding activities (new employees registration, badges, building access, etc.)
Provide project infrastructure: office space, hardware, PKI, office supplies.
Organize, coordinate and minute meetings, workshops and trainings
Inform the workstream about administrative and organisational aspects
