- Define, baseline and reports metrics and KPIs at IAM Program level, to report on account validation status, and to report on IAM onboarding progress- Liaise with Divisional Application Managers to gather and document User Requirements to build an account validation interface, aimed at generating applications reports on all registered accounts and their status.
- Plan and coordinate Account Validation Interface implementation with the development team based on documented in the User Requirements
- Regularly report to business users and to IAM Program Leads about work-stream status, progress, issues, etc
- Metrics, baseline and reports of KPIs relevant for the IAM Program
- Project Plan, User Requirements, and Service Descriptions for the Account Validation Interface according to Novartis ICE methodology
Within the scope of the IAM Program, the ideal candidate is a all-around profile, merging business consultant characteristics with project management skills, being able to establish a trustful and constructive relationship with divisional application managers, and being able to manage the execution phase of the project, from the development of an account validation service, to the KPI definition and reporting. He also able to establish a collaborative atmosphere with the IAM program leads to achieve the program goals.
