Network/System Analyst - Application Support Specialist (ASP)IT Scientific application support
We are looking for a person to support a new IT enterprise solution. This solution will manage all the difference phases of in vivo studies, including planning, design, electronic data capture, data analysis and reporting and will be used in the pharmacological labs of a large pharmaceutical company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the roll out of the application including communication, documentation and installation support.
• Provide user support: answer usage questions, triage user support requests and facilitate the communication between the project team and users.
• Provide user training
Basic Qualifications
• B.S. degree in Computer Science (preferred) ,Life Sciences or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in software development /software support of scientific applications in
Bio-Pharmaceutical industry / laboratory environments
• Ability to communicate effectively with scientific clients.
• High learning agility, innovation, and problem solving skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and in German or French
• Experience with connecting lab instruments would be an advantage
