Experis is currently looking for a technical coordinator (m/f) in Mannheim!Your Tasks:
- Standard IMAC Order Processing for telecommunication devices (IP, digital, analog) connected to IP-PBX Systems
- IMAC orders will be processed with a non-standard tool and programmed within a complex telecom environment (Nortel,Cisco), coordinating with onsite service technicians
Skills:
- Qualification:Telecommunications Knowledge (e.g. education as telecommunication technician or comparable, operational experience with PBX-Systems or as service technician for telecommunication devices)
- Functional and Technical Understanding, Attention to Detail
- Verbal Communication, Documentation Skills, Patience, Pertinacity, high Self-Motivation
Start: asap
Duration: 6 moths
Location: Mannheim
