Programme Test Manager - Financial Services/German Speaking
My Life & Pensions client requires a German Speaking Programme Test Manager for an initial 6 Month contract. The Programme Test Manager will be responsible for defining all test environment requirements and the associated data requirements for a large scale policy/data migration project.
The ideal candidate will show experience in defining testing strategy at programme level, understanding of prioritisation of project testing within a programme and managing multiple test streams within a programme/portfolio. Experience of HP Quality Centre and other industry standard testing tools is also strongly desirable.
Management ability is a very important aspect of the role including -
- Supplier management skills developed in an IT environment using internal and external resources
- The ability to manage ambiguity and often conflicting priorities
- Experience communicating effectively and liaising on a technical level with Analysts, Designers and Developers as well as the business.
- Interaction and weekly reporting of progress, risks & issues into the programme management governance
The client requires a candidate with excellent German speaking skills for this opening, candidates who can't speak German to a high standard will not be considered. Experience with the Life & Pensions industry will also be highly advantageous.
