Beschreibung
Aufgabe:The Engineering Change Manager is major responsible for the change request analysis phase. His responsibility is to:
- Analyze Change Requests for completeness, correctness, clarity and necessity
- Interact with change requestor in case on completeness with objective to increase change request quality and input
- Ensure completeness, correctness, clarity of Change Requests in cooperation with the Change requester
- Facilitate the Change Preparation Meeting
- Conduct the preparation, moderation and post processing of the Change Preparation Meeting and all linked activities
- Create KPIs which are mandatory or requested by project core team
- Escalate when necessary
- Interact and steering of change coordinators to ensure the grouping, validation, analysis of changes
- Provide Project Change Manager with all necessary input about decisions taken in Change Preparation Meeting
- Issue Change Orders after Change Approval together with Project CM
- Ensure completeness, correctness and clarity of Change Orders across all Change Management systems (SAP, FIX, etc.)
Anforderung:
- Changemanagementerfahrung
- sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
