Software Integrator - Automotive Infotainment - Dresden, German/English.
Our client is a dynamic technology business servicing many of the worlds leading automotive manufacturers. They have an urgent need on a contract basis for a Software Integration Engineer. You will be paid according to skills and experience, so whatever your expectations please apply and we can discuss. This advert is in English, as the role is available to those speaking excellent English as well as fluent German.
Responsibilities:
- Integration and build of software for state-of-the-art infotainment systems
- Derive verification criteria, test procedures and test cases from requirements and product features
- Perform static and dynamic code analysis and execute performance measurements
- Ensure the seamless and continuous system integration guided by quality gates
- Communicate test results and measurements and contribute to resolution in the team
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of these improvements
Requirements:
- Degree in computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent qualification
- Multiple years of experience in the development and integration of Embedded software in
- C/C++, preferable automotive electronics and infotainment systems
- Competence in development of Embedded systems with focus on integration, verification and test
- Excellent knowledge in automated build and integration processes, script development and configuration management
- Experience in static and dynamic code analysis
- Analytical skills, ambition to solve problems, recognize root-causes and initiate process improvements
- Communicative personality and active team player
- Very good English and German skills
