Beschreibung
- Implementation of a global rough / detailed planning tool havinginterfaces to APO as well as to R/3 system. This so-called V-plan tool
will be rolled-out to North America (NA), Asia (AP) Ludwigshafen (LU)
and Antwerp (ANT). Harmonization needs have been identified during
process analysis for P2P, M2I, and TM business processes:
- Main challenge is to find and implement global standard processes.
- workload of single users shall not increase inappropriate (cue: acceptance)
- requirements of guidance and governance have to be followed
- integration of operative processes into V-plan processes has to be secured
Anforderung:
- experienced SAP P2P Purchase-to-Pay (MM/SD) consultant with at least
3-5 years relevant experience
- experienced in SAP R/3 and BASF business processes
- process oriented and analytical thinking
- design of pragmatic solutions and their implementation (technically as well as in application)
- experienced in change management, familiar with design of training documentation,
training conduction, supporting users in process changes
- experienced with projects in complex environment and with interfaces between
process, user and software
- language skill: German, English, both fluent
Task:
- realization f SAP R/3 harmonization measurements, from analysis, design of to-be-processes,
Implementation, testing up to communication and change management for relevant regions/
sites
- consultant will be supported by global and regional BEXe
