We are looking for our Client an experienced ICM (Investigative Case Management) techno Functional Expert.Activity level: fulltime
Location: Newtown Square, USA, remote partial possible
Project: SAP ICM Implementation
Implementation of a ICM scenario and roll out to internal teams.
Tasks: Participate in business blueprint activities, create solution design documents and get them validated by business team, guide the offshore development team in completing the technical design documents,
oversee the development activities, play an active role in INT and FAT test support, ensure successful handover of the topics to RUN / Support team
Know-How:
• Very good knowledge in ICM functionality and thorough understanding of the underlying technical architecture
• Good understanding of integration points between, ICM, ERP-COPA/FI, ERP-SD, ERP-HCM & CRM systems
• Lead a team of consultants and ensure successful completion of Business blueprint and other phases
• Ability to work virtually
