Technical Support, Frankfurt Germany, 6months+
Rate: €180 - €220 Euros per day
A multinational consultancy has an urgent requirement for a Technical Support. The success Technical support needs to be customer focused as his main interaction will be with end customers of the client for the installation of patches/software etc
Must be fluent in Germen - intermediate will not be acceptable
This role involves Travel of 2-3 days average per week
Tech skills:
*Technical Support of Intel based Servers and Non Intel based Servers
*Knowledge of IP telephony (VoIP)
*Good Exposure to Network (LAN, Switches, Routers)
*Hands on technical support of OFFICE support (office suite, PC/Laptop install and config.)
*Active Directory
*Windows
*Support organisation
*Should be willing to work in shifts and the resource should be fluent in German and English (Written and verbal)
Important information
*Hotel, Travel and Food can be claimed on expenses. Please note there is a maximum limited per day.
*Car will be provided by the client - most likely rental
*Car insurance - will be provided by the client
*Personal insurance will not be provided by the client
