Service Management Outsourcing Expert
For our client in based in Frankfurt (Germany) and/or Paris (France), we are looking for Service Management Outsourcing Expert
Mandatory:
- Languages: German and English FLUENT
- Deep background on SAP Basis
Position title: Responsible Infrastructure Operations
Role and Responsibilities:
- Guarantee conformity with the SLAs with the outsourcing partner
- Act as the facilitator with regards to Operations and Quality Control
- Ensure adequate communication between entities, management, transition status and critical incident management
- Compile change requests and ensure trouble-free transition to end state
- Ensure every stage along the transition contract life cycle
- Budgetary control: ensuring billing, CutSat and managing the Service Credit account
- Perform checks to ensure outsourcing partner adheres to the client's Security Policy
- Ensure continual Service Improvement
- In charge of Business Delivery and ensuring positive ROI
