The Role:-
The main purpose of the role will be to over see two main tasks;
*Overseeing the preparation and coordination of the processing of all governance documents for the various projects.
*Set up and management of a reporting (dashboarding) system for the programme which will be visible to the whole.

It also impacts the main user population in that every piece of Personal Computing (word documents, excel spread sheets and Access databases) needs to be checked to ensure that automation operates correctly under Office 2010.

On a day to day task you will be:
-preparing presentations
-draft minutes.
-prepare material (documents & logistics) for workshops
-arranging and plan meetings with numerous participants
-maintain a resource management plan
-update and follow-up on Actions list
-support the Programme Manager and project managers
-elaborate dashboard measurement and report on deliverables (cluster meetings)
-collaborate to identify, analyse, resolve, report, and escalate programme/projects issues
-maintain a communication plan and arrange the distribution of the information
-record the programme/projects documentation in a structured way and arrange the access to the documentation (sharepoint).
