SAP-IXOS Architect / Support

For one of our clients we are looking for a SAP-IXOS Architect / Support

Main Task:

Support the client team with daily operations as well as smaller projects in the area of SAP-IXOS

Task Description:

- The range of tasks goes from the technical and commercial preparation and control of enhancements, participation in projects of their own and other units, collaboration in the analysis and requirement definition of incoming requests, coordination with client experts, as well as quality assurance and the preliminary work for the implementation of business requirements
- The assignment includes consulting of the manufacturer and solution specifics in the field of OpenText/SAP, including OpenText client products and document pipelines
- Support in application management and in the project environment for various SAP DMS scenarios

Required skills:

Several years of experience in the implementation of ECM projects
- Experience when IT approaches in ECM projects
- Depth and wide expertise in the specific ECM environment
- Experience in quality management and support processes
- Distinctive sense of responsibility
- Professional and customer-oriented appearance
- Broad SAP knowledge, e.g. SAP classic, SAP IS-U, SAP CRM, SAP HR
- Deep knowledge, especially in SAP ArchiveLink, Kpro, DVS and SAP document scenarios and processes
- Extensive knowledge of document management and archive solutions and functionality as well as data entry scenarios, specially OpenText
- IXOS technology knowledge such as scan client, pipelines, DocuLink for SAP, capturing technologies
- Knowledge of ABAP development and other programming languages, such as Perl

Language Abilities: German and English are a must.
